Jane Casey, homeschooling parent and founder of IndianaHomeschoolers, the largest homeschooling discussion e-mail list in Indiana, will be appearing on a radio panel discussing educational alternatives this week.

Ms. Casey will be appearing with other representatives of private schools on WBCL radio's morning program, with host, Lynne Ford.

WBCL broadcasts on four frequencies: 90.3 FM Fort Wayne, IN; 89.5 FM Northwest, OH; 88.1 FM W. Central, OH; and 106.1 FM Muncie, IN.

The program on educational alternatives airs live on Wednesday morning, March 30, 2005 and is titled: School Options, with host, Lynne Ford.

The WBCL program schedule reads: Parochial, private, public and homeschool. There are plenty of options when it comes to educating your child. TodayÕs panel representing Concordia Lutheran High School, Keystone Schools, Blackhawk Christian School, Canterbury School and homeschooling provide the information you need to make the best choice for your child.

The web site editor for the Indiana Home Educators' Network, Ben Bennett, said, "This will be a great opportunity to reintroduce homeschooling as a mainstream, private alternative to state schooling. For years, Jane has been a wonderful voice, giving help and hope to hundreds of parents who weren't sure that homeschooling was right for them."
