I am a librarian and am interested in serving the homeschooling community. Is there anywhere I can go to network with other librarians; maybe some other homeschoolers so we can develop better services for our local homeschoolers?
There sure is! My name is Tammy Marquam, and I am the list manager of a networking list called: Indiana Libraries Serving Homeschoolers. The ILHS list is for librarians only. It's been a very quiet list so far but there is a lot of info in the files section. It's easy to subscribe: Simply send a blank e-mail message to ILSH-subscribe@yahoogroups.com or go to: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/ILSH/join to subscribe. Thanks! -Tammy

IHEN has printed up special bookmarks, for librarians to hand out to parents
interested in learning more about homeschooling. They are free for Indiana
libraries. If you're a librarian, and want to help us Help Hoosiers Homeschool,
then please send your name, library address, and any other comments to:
OrderBookmarks@ihen.org and we'll make sure that you have something to give those
parents who ask the question: "Where can I find out more information about homeschooling?"

Again, the bookmarks are FREE for Indiana Libraries.

Please join IHEN and Help Hoosiers Homeschool by donating $5.00 or more towards keeping IHEN's Web Services up and on line.

As a way of saying, "Thank you!" we will send you 20 IHEN Bookmarks for every donation of $5.00 or more.*

Donate using PayPal!

You can also send a check or money order, payable to Peach Grove Press to:
